SQUAD

is actually a russian type of finnish sauna, mostly built in a style of an easy, so-called „raw design“. The difference is not in the air-temperature, which is of about 100°C, but in an exactly higher humidity of up to 40%, which is made by watering of a big amount of volcanic stones heated on a special type of sauna-heating. The optimal effect comes by a progressive heating followed by an intensive sweating, which is launching all the uncleanness from the body, so with help of metabolism it helps to clean the body in combination with sudden cooling.
